Q: How can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
To find your tracking number, log into the MISUMI site and click on My Quote/Order History on the top right corner of the homepage, and then click on Search. Once you've found your order, click on Show Details. The shipping link will be next to the part number.

Our standard window from scoping to "Go-Live" is 4-6 weeks, depending on the level of engagement. Timelines can be flexible depending on the circumstances and requirements.
Q: Is there a cost for implementation?
For a standard implementation, MISUMI will implement at no cost. However, MISUMI does reserve the right to offset additional costs through fees, revised discount structures, etc.
